Course starting at 4 participants
Course start 14.00, 16.00 or 18.00 hrs
Registration up to 24 hours before course start
In the compulsory introductory course you will earn your Indoor Base entry licence.
Introduction to trampoline, airtrack, bagjump and parkour.
Total duration 2.5 hrs:
Course duration approx. 1 hour with coach, additional 1.5 hours for free use.
Important information:
- Please be there 15 min. before the course starts, location Sport Centre Prau La Selva, 7018 Flims
- Trampoline shoes or non-slip socks are compulsory in the trampoline area, you can bring your own or buy them at the counter for CHF 6.50
- Skaters bring protectors, helmet and their own skateboard/scooter if possible
- No zippers, tape off piercings for safety reasons
A one-time consent form must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. You can download this form at the bottom of the page under the heading "Legal".
